Here are some of the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

Access to all keynote presentations, paper sessions, and poster sessions; a printed version of the conference program; a paper and digital version of the conference proceedings; and the guided tour on the third day. For organisational reasons, please indicated whether or not you will take the guided tour on Friday.
Coffee breaks, receptions and lunch at noon, listed on the program page, are included with each conference registration. Other meals and accommodations are not included with your conference registration fee. For the conference dinner you need to register separately. Please note that the places for the conference dinner are limited and the principle of first-come first-serve will be applied.

An email confirmation will be sent to you when you register online through the EECHB website. If a confirmation email does not appear in your inbox within 24 hours of registering, please check your junk mail and spam folders.
Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via email or regular mail upon processing. Your registration cannot be confirmed until full payment has been received and processed.

If you register before Monday, 30th of Mai 2016, you will be able to take advantage of the early bird registration fee. Registration fees increase on the 1st of April 2016. Registering in advance also helps us determine how many will be attending the conference. Please keep in mind that the places for the conference dinner are restricted and the principle of first-come first-serve will be applied.
For organisational reasons, registration for the guided tour takes place when registering for the conference. So, please indicated on your inscription form whether or not you will take the guided tour on Friday.
Everyone who attends the conference must register. There are no exceptions and no speaker discounts.
One-day-registration will not be offered.

The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel your registration to the 2nd International Conference on Energy Efficiency and Comfort in Historic Buildings:
– On or before 30th of May 2016 – Full refund less € 50,00 processing and credit card fees
– On or before 31st of August 2016 – 50% refund less € 50,00 processing and credit card fees
– On or after 1st of September 2016 – No refund
Refunds MUST be requested in writing. Please contact us with REFUND REQUEST in the subject line.
Notice to International Registrants: Please allow sufficient time to contact the proper officials in your country and obtain the necessary visas for travel to and from the conference. Failing to obtain a travel visa, will not justify refunding.
